Our Building Process
Planning & Design
We will meet with you to understand your requirements and budget. From here we collaborate with architects and/or designers to create plans and establish a project timeline tailored to your requirements. An essential aspect of this process is obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for your build. Once finalised you will be granted access to your comprehensive build portal.
Site Preparation
Once the design is finalised and permits are obtained, the site preparation begins:
Clearing the land and excavating for the foundation. Installing temporary utilities such as electricity and water if needed. Marking out the foundation according to the plans.
Construction
With the site prepared, the construction phase begins: Pouring the foundation, and framing the structure, including walls, floors, and roof. Installing plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems. Adding insulation and exterior finishes. Interior finishing work such as flooring, cabinetry, and trim. Exterior finishing touches such as siding, roofing, and landscaping.
Inspection & Completion
Once construction is complete, the home undergoes inspection to ensure it meets building codes and regulations. Any necessary adjustments or corrections are made. The keys are handed over to you, and the project is officially completed.
